By accessing Cricalyze, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful cricket coaching and analysis purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Cricalyze. Users under 18 require parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party
• You are responsible for all content uploaded to your account
• You agree to notify Cricalyze immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data

Cricalyze uses artificial intelligence to analyze cricket images and videos. While our AI is trained on extensive cricket data, all analyses are for educational and coaching assistance purposes only. They should not be considered definitive professional coaching advice.

AI analysis results may vary based on image/video quality, lighting conditions, angle of capture, and the completeness of visible technique elements. Cricalyze does not guarantee the accuracy of any specific analysis result.

• AI results are estimates based on visible information in uploaded media
• Results should be used as a supplement to, not replacement for, professional coaching
• Cricalyze is not liable for cricket performance outcomes based on AI recommendations
• Low-quality uploads may produce less accurate analyses

Cricalyze operates on a credit-based pay-as-you-go system, plus two paid subscription tiers: Personal (₹299/month, 50 credits) and Academy (₹999/month, 150 credits). Credit Packs can be purchased anytime at ₹10 per credit (1 credit = 1 analysis) and never expire. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, adding fresh credits each cycle.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Cricalyze reserves the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice to subscribers.

• Subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each month, adding new monthly credits
• You can cancel anytime via your Profile → Billing page
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Purchased credits remain available even if a subscription expires

No refund will be provided for credit purchases or subscriptions. All payments made for Credit Packs, Personal, or Academy plans are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All content on Cricalyze — including the platform design, AI models, analysis algorithms, branding, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cricalyze and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Content you upload retains your ownership. By uploading, you grant Cricalyze a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyze your content for the purpose of delivering AI coaching services. We do not claim ownership of your cricket images or videos.

Cricalyze is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Uploaded images and videos are processed by our AI system and may be temporarily stored for analysis. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data at all times.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Cricalyze:

• Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access our AI systems
• Using automated scripts or bots to access the platform
• Sharing, reselling, or commercially exploiting AI analysis results
• Uploading harmful, obscene, or illegal content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Using fake engagement, bot views, or fraudulent methods in the earning program
• Circumventing usage limits through multiple accounts

Cricalyze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Suspension may be immediate and without prior notice for severe violations including fraud, illegal activity, or abuse of the earning system.

• Minor violations may receive a warning before suspension
• Suspended accounts may appeal via email within 14 days
• Terminated accounts forfeit any unused credits, subscription time, and earning balances under ₹100
• Fraudulent earning program participants are permanently banned with no appeal

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricalyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

Cricalyze's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cricalyze in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Cricalyze earning program allows users to earn money by creating and sharing promotional content. Earnings are based on verified organic view counts confirmed through Instagram Insights screenshots submitted after the required live period.

• Content must remain live for a minimum of 7 days before sending performance data and requesting payout
• Submit your Cricalyze Shared Post/Reel Insights screenshot after 7 days of posting via the Send Performance form
• Minimum 10,000 verified views required for payout
• Payouts processed every Monday via UPI/Bank Transfer
• Minimum payout balance: ₹100
• Bot views, purchased engagement, or fake metrics result in permanent ban
• Deleting posts before 7 days disqualifies you from that payout cycle
• Cricalyze reserves the right to modify earning rates with 7 days notice
• Task completion payouts are processed within 1–2 working days after verification

All financial transactions on Cricalyze are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscription payments are processed via Razorpay. Earning payouts are made via UPI or direct bank transfer.

• Subscription fees are due on the monthly anniversary of your signup date
• Failed payments result in no credits or subscription being applied
• Earning payouts are subject to TDS deductions as per Indian tax law
• Users must provide valid PAN information for earning payouts above ₹5,000/year

Data you provide — including uploaded images, videos, questions, and analysis history — is used solely to provide and improve the Cricalyze AI coaching service. We do not train our AI models on your personal uploads without explicit consent.

Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to improve our AI systems and to generate platform-wide insights. Individual data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Cricalyze collects only the data necessary to deliver AI cricket coaching services. We believe in data minimization and collect no more than what is required for the service to function effectively.

Account Data: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account. Social login data (name, email, profile picture) when using Google OAuth.

Usage Data: Number of analyses performed, plan type, subscription status, daily usage counts, and timestamps of interactions with the platform.

Uploaded Content: Cricket images and videos you upload for analysis. These are processed by our AI and temporarily stored for the duration of your session. They are not permanently stored unless you explicitly save results.

Device Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address (for security), and screen resolution for responsive design optimization.

Cricalyze uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers.

We use anonymized analytics to understand how users interact with Cricalyze, which features are most useful, and where we can improve. All analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

Analytics may include: page views, feature usage frequency, session duration, analysis type preferences, and error rates. This data helps us make Cricalyze better for all users.

All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Cricalyze never directly handles, stores, or has access to your full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials.

We store only: your subscription plan type, payment status, transaction IDs provided by Razorpay, and UPI IDs provided for earning program payouts. UPI IDs are encrypted at rest.

Cricalyze integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI: For image and video analysis. Uploaded content is sent to Google's API for processing. Subject to Google's privacy policies.
• Supabase: For database and authentication. User data is stored in Supabase's EU-compliant infrastructure.
• Razorpay: For payment processing. Financial data subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
• Google OAuth: Optional social login. Only name and email are retrieved with your consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds
• Database access is restricted via Row Level Security (Supabase RLS)
• API keys and secrets are stored in secure environment variables
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Automatic session expiration after periods of inactivity

Under Indian IT Act 2000 and aligned with GDPR principles, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Activity logs: Retained for 90 days for security purposes

Cricalyze is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete it.

Users between 13–18 years of age must have parental consent before using paid features or the earning program.

The Cricalyze Creator Program allows any cricket creator to earn real money by promoting Cricalyze on Instagram and other social platforms. The process is simple and designed to reward genuine promotional effort.

Step 1 — Choose Your Program
Select Standard, Personal Content (UGC), or Collaboration Deal (Pro) based on your content style, audience size, and engagement rate.

Step 2 — Create Content
Post reels, videos, reviews, or cricket content featuring Cricalyze on Instagram. Follow all content requirements listed in Section 4 of this document.

Step 3 — Submit Proof
After your content has been live for a minimum of 7 days, upload your Cricalyze Shared Post/Reel Insights screenshot via the Send Performance Google Form. Submissions before 7 days will not be accepted.

Step 4 — Get Paid
Cricalyze verifies your submission within 1–2 working days. Approved payouts are processed every Monday directly to your UPI ID or bank account.

Cricalyze offers three earning programs. Each program has different earning rates and requirements. All programs pay based on verified organic views per 10,000 views on your promotional content.

Program 1 — Viral Us (Standard) — Rs. 100 per 10,000 Views
Perfect for creators who want to start earning by sharing official Cricalyze reels, ads, or promotional content on Instagram. No minimum follower requirement. No approval needed. Beginner friendly. Weekly payouts every Monday.

Program 2 — Personal Content (UGC) — Rs. 150 per 10,000 Views
Create original videos using or reviewing the Cricalyze platform. Show real experiences such as batting analysis, bowling analysis, or cricket training improvements. This program pays 1.5X the Standard rate due to the original nature of the content. No minimum follower requirement. Authentic reviews accepted.

Program 3 — Collaboration Deal (Pro) — Rs. 200 per 10,000 Views
Premium creator partnership program for established cricket creators and sports influencers with strong, verified engagement. This is the highest earning tier at 2X the Standard rate. Dedicated brand deals and priority support available. Requires minimum 10,000 followers, minimum 10% engagement rate, and a sports or cricket-related audience.

• All earning rates are based on verified organic views only
• Bot views, purchased views, or fake engagement will result in permanent ban
• Cricalyze reserves the right to modify earning rates with 7 days advance notice
• Multiple submissions are accepted from the same creator every week as long as content requirements are met

The Cricalyze Creator Program is open to a wide range of creators. Even small creators with limited followers can join the Standard and UGC programs and start earning from day one.

The following are example earnings based on verified view counts. Actual earnings may vary based on your chosen program tier and verified view count.

• 50,000 Views: Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000
• 100,000 Views: Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000
• 500,000 Views: Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000
• 1,000,000 Views (1M): Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 or more

Earnings are calculated based on every 10,000 verified organic views. The exact payout depends on your program tier — Standard at Rs. 100, UGC at Rs. 150, and Collaboration Deal at Rs. 200 per 10,000 views.

Top performing creators may receive lifetime sponsorship deals and premium collaboration opportunities directly from Cricalyze. These are offered at our sole discretion based on content quality and audience engagement.

How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed every Monday via UPI or direct bank transfer. You must submit your Cricalyze Shared Post/Reel Insights screenshot through the Send Performance form after your content has been live for a minimum of 7 days. Verification takes 1–2 working days.

Is there any joining fee?
No. Joining the Cricalyze Creator Program is completely free. There are no hidden fees, registration costs, or minimum commitments required to participate.

Can small creators join?
Yes. The Standard and UGC programs have no minimum follower requirement. Any creator with an active Instagram account and genuine cricket-related content can start earning from their very first reel.

What type of content is accepted?
Instagram reels, original reviews, cricket analysis demonstrations, batting and bowling tutorials, reactions to Cricalyze features, and AI cricket coaching demonstrations are all accepted formats.

When will I receive my payment?
Payments are processed every Monday after successful content verification. If your submission is received before Sunday, your payout will typically be processed the following Monday.

What happens if I delete the reel?
Deleted content becomes permanently ineligible for any payout. Content must remain live for a minimum of 7 days before submission and must not be deleted after payout has been processed.

Can I submit multiple reels every week?
Yes. The same creator can submit multiple pieces of content every week for the lifetime of their participation in the program. Each submission is verified individually.

What happens if fake engagement is detected?
Any attempt to use bot-generated views, purchased engagement, or edited Insights screenshots will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Cricalyze earning programs with no appeal.
